Driven by a profound passion for art and craft, Soumavo embarked on his creative journey by completing a diploma in 2D Animation from Toonz Webel in 2006, after earning a degree in Mathematics. His remarkable talent quickly propelled him into the animation industry, where he contributed to prominent international shows such as “Johnny Bravo,” “Fantastic Four,” and many more.
Soumavo’s expertise extended to the Indian film industry, where he collaborated with Red Chillies Entertainment on special title sequences for blockbuster Bollywood movies like “Ra-One” and “My Name is Khan.” His innovative vision and technical prowess made a significant impact on these high-profile projects.
He also renowned for IP developments like “Devi,” “Lankesh,” and “Pa Ja Ma,” Soumavo established a talented animation team in Kolkata. Under his leadership, the team provided animation services for popular series
